How do I get more information on a postponed property?

I was to attend a auction in Pomona, as happens, it was postponed till Oct. I checked the info sheet on ForeclosureRadar and it showed the new date and a new location, Norwalk, and a new bid price. I called the new number with new TS# and they said they had no record. The previous number and TS# did still work with new sales date given. I also noticed on sale status it said cancelled. It also had an "M" I guess for Multiple?? What is going on, what info is valid? Is it cancelled has it changed location?? What does "M" mean on property info? Why does it still state it is active when I call orginal number. Yet the new number doesn't have any info on that TS#. Help, I am very interested in that property!!

There can be multiple foreclosures on one property, thus the "M". You need to look at each foreclosure notice independently. Each will have its own TS#, sale date and status. The one you called on might still have only been in preforeclosure, thus the trustee would not yet have sale info. Go back and look at the Open Loans & Foreclosures panel, and you should be able to easily determine the current status of each foreclosure on the property.

The "M" means there are multiple actions on that property. If you can provide the Radar ID number we can better answer your question about the status of this property.
