cal vet

I just recently saw a cal vet property for sale with a realtor. However I could not find the property in foreclosure radar. In the tax records the property is still under the name of the former owner and not a bank or cal vet. Are cal vet properties auctioned differently?

If you send the property address to support@foreclosureradar.com they would be happy to research the issue. It is possible that the lender accepted a Deed in Lieu of Foreclosure which would mean that the property did not have to go through the foreclosure process to become bank owned.
