condo insurance

we purchased a condo from trustee sale and want to get an interior condo insurance(HO6-policy). my insurance agent contacted several companies and finally told us no one can insure this to "LLC". Residential condo insurance is for individual person only while single family house won't have this restriction. have you guys encountered the similar case before? HOA would cover the exterior and common area properties and liabilities, but not inside the unit. so we are looking for policies which can cover the interior. any advice? Thanks!

or do we really need the HO6 policy since it's vacant. Thanks!
