How do I erase old tags from previous searches?

On previous searches, sometimes from months ago, I still have old tags that show up in the tag column. How can I erase the old ones to start a new batch? Thanks

Tags will only remain as long as you have a property saved with that tag. You can go to View My Saved Properties in the Main Menu and then under MyProperty in the More search options select Tag-(highlight the tag you wish to eliminate) and hit search. This will give you a list of properties that still have this tag and you can then un-save the property or eliminate that tag from that property. Once that tag is no longer attached to any properties the next time you log in it will not appear in your list.
