Line of Credit Financing for buying at Auction

Finally there is a way to get financing to buy at auctions. Granted this is a program designed for investors and/or property owners who want to become investors and is only available in Southern California for now. I think this program is going to be huge though because it allows more people to participate in the auction process. Basically, it entails getting a line of credit at a reasonable rate against existing properties with no credit requirements. You can use this line of credit as much as you want to buy and flip as many properties as you can and it is far cheaper than getting a loan on every property you buy (you pay fees the first time only until the line expires). Joel - I used lines of credits secured by other assets to buy at auction years ago, as have many others. What's new about your offering?

Say, Guys. "Joel" posted a year ago and hasn't been heard from since. This is a dead thread.
There is a company in So. Cal. that sent out promo info offering some kind of financing to speculators. Can't recall name. Also, you may find private lenders at sales in some counties in Bay Area.
