WHEN COMPARING BIDS DOES IT MATTER THAT THE LENDER HAS DIFFERENT ADDRESSES

The lender for the property I am interested in is Suntrust 1800 Tapo Canyon Rd. Simi Valley CA. For example, when I did a search suntrust came up but with 3 different addresses. Do i need to find suntrust with the same exact address as above in order to compare the published, opening and winning bids or that doesn't matter?

Check the property your interested in at www.recontrustco.com. This is almost always the foreclosure trustee for Suntrust.

The property didn't show up on Recontrustco.com. This house has a 1st for $417K and 2nd for $350K both are with suntrust and the estimated bid is $426,692. I am trying to find out what the average discount from Suntrust might be.
