BANK RETURNED THE MONEY TO THE TITLE COMPANY AFTER TWO MONTHS.

I bought a house in short sale 4/14/2010 and i got a mortgage from chase the title company said everyting was ok. when they received the approved from bank of america but now after two months the bank returned the money to the title company and said they had a error and did not accept the short sale but in the county is under my name and i started to make payments to chase the bank who gave me the mortgage the title returned the money to bank of america and they said they talk to the bank and they said they would have to do the short sale again. but i don't know how because in the county the house is under my name and i already fix some things on the house and i'm paying the house. i would like to know what is best to do. am i going to lose the money i'm paying for the house or how this works.

You have an owners title policy that was issued when you purchased the property. The title company will represent you in this matter since your policy guarantees your ownership interest in this property. If you have not already done so you will want to contact your title company and open a claim.
