Posting in this forum is a great place to start. You can also track all 3rd party investors through ForeclosureRadar. Once the Trustees Deed is recorded you will see the name and typically the mailing address of the investor who purchased the property. Given the current competition at auction and the increased number of postponements and cancellations some of the seasoned investors may be interested in exploring short sale opportunities.
