has any one closed a bofa short sale and then had to wait for a hud approval from fanie and bofa

I recently closed a short sale of bofa. After the closing they have still not funded or recorded because they now say they need a final Hud approval from fanie and bofa. They required no short sale addendum. I just want it done. But if not it looks like they have breached purchase contract to me. Anybody have any advise or know how long it might take.
