Handyman with RE Investment Capital Looking for Equity Partners In Monterey Penisula

I am a previous builder of paneized homes in CA and HI and am seeking equity partners perferably experienced RE investors looking to invest in REO properties in Monterey Penisula area. Need help/direction finding equity partners in this regard.
