Hello i am a landlord in a house i am having a trustee sale on march 18 i have tenats that dont want to move out i have gave them a 30 day notice to vacate the property and also a 3 day notice and they still dont want to move i have personal belongings in that property and they are not allowing me to enter the property i need and advice on what to do this person was evict recently and was not aware we had also stated in are contract that she would have no acces to the garage and she has open it to put her personal belongings what can i do i have no time i live in ca.

You should contact an attorney. Without knowing the terms of the rental agreement you may want to contact law enforcement to help you remove your personal property provided you have the legal right to do so. If the property becomes bank owned or sells to a 3rd party at trustee sale the tenants will become their responsibility.
Also, if you didn't rent them the garage, I'd think you could simply enter the garage anytime you feel like it and get your stuff. Finally you do have certain rights to enter even the areas that you did rent with notice so getting your stuff shouldn't be too hard. As Michelle said, an attorney should be able to quickly resolve it for you.
