Trustee sale cancellations in Alameda County in the past six months.

There has been an increase in trustee sale cancellations in Alameda County in the past six months and I'm trying to figure out why. If you've had an experience with a cancelled trustee sale, please share -- why it occurred, etc. if you know. Thanks!
