How to find the real starting bid for the Auction properties?
How can I find none-pospond property by using the ForeclosureRadar.com?

1. Only way to know the opening bid for sure is to attend the auction. It can be changed up to the moment bidding starts.
2. Under foreclosure details only check the postponement reason "Original". With that you will only see those properties currently scheduled for the first time.
