I may be facing a foreclosure of my home. How would you service assist me in staying ahead?

I am hopeful to work with bank to modify loan. In the meantime, how would I use your website to keep apprised of what actions the bank is taking? Specifically, what can your website tell me about my specific foreclosure, i.e., receiving notice of NOD before received in mail, etc. And with regard to my second, the filing of a lawsuit to obtain default judgment, etc.

We track all foreclosure information including the postponements and cancellations. Although you would use our site to track the current status of the foreclosure. It sounds like you could use some legal advice which we do not provide. You can reach out to a Free HUD approved counselor in your area for additional information on foreclosure prevention by going to www.makinghomeaffordable.gov
