LoanAmount vs. loan1LoanAmount

When you export from Foreclosure Radar into excel, there are fields named "LoanAmount" and "loan1LoanAmount." What is the difference between these two?

Comments

The "loan amount" in the exported list refers to the foreclosing loan. We also use a computer model to determine lien position. The "loan1Loan amount" represents the loan in 1st lien position. Keep in mind that this is a computer model that we are using and you should always verify the lien position by doing a search at the county recorders office.
