I would like to know if I can set up the system to email me all new NOD's the day they are posted.

We do not yet have an alert system but we do have a phenomenal Saved Search feature that will keep track of the last time you ran your search and allow you to easily see any new notices that have posted. Fore more information you can email support@foreclosureradar.com.

How do I access Notice of Defauls for both Residential and Commercial properties

HI Rosa,
You can access all Notice of Default and Notice of Trustee Sale with a subscription to ForeclosureRadar. We also track all Trustee Sales which includes postponements, cancellations and typically same date sales results. We also allow you to search ALL notices using over 60 different search criteria which includes property type (residential, commercial, multi units & apartments, industrial, land etc). To register for an account you can go to foreclosureradar.com and click on the sign up button or you can use the follow URL: https://www.foreclosureradar.com/register

Once you have signed up you can login by going to ForeclosureRadar.com and click on the Member Login tab in the upper right hand corner.
