Why are some properties showing up for TDS Auction even though they became bank owned

Radar id982258b. This example is where the property was deeded back to FMNA last year but it is now going to auction on 8/16/11.

HI Rayaan,
This is a very unique property. We show that it went to trustee sale and the trustees deed was recorded. It then appears that there was a new Notice of Trustee Sale filed but the previous sale was not rescinded. The trustee continues to report the new sale date as active. There could be a rescission coming or the trustee may figure out that an error has been made and cancel the new sale. The information we are reporting on the site is accurate as to the current situation although very confusing.
