Why is Arizona data OUTDATED?

Scheduled auction dates, postponements, and opening bid amounts for Arizona trustee sales are outdated and inaccurate. I am comparing this service to NETVALUECENTRAL.COM, which has up-to-the-minute data and correct information. Do they have better data collection techniques?

We pay $220/mo. for netvaluecentral.com (foreclosure search w/ title abstract), and even though Foreclosure Radar is only $50/mo., the additional expense is well worth it for the data accuracy and time saved as a result. Any chance Foreclosure Radar will get more current with Arizona data and offer more search criteria such as BY SUBDIVISION as is already possible on NETVALUECENTRAL.COM?
