after bank takes back house

We're renting in Ga and the bank took back the house at the auction. How will we be notified as the bank believes that the owner lives here and all mail is directed to him at our address. Will someone come physically to the house and see who is really here? We started looking on the internet before the house was sold and found notice of sale info. Thanks to foreclosure radar for guiding us so far.
