How much time do we have to save money to moveout, we are renter's on a Notice Of Trustee S Sale

I moved into this home on 1/23/2010 on a month to month basis and come home last night with a Notice of Trustee sale on property that I am renting dated 1/29/2010

Rachelle - I would not move out right away. There are many factors - I dont know all the answers without looking it up, however, the Trustee Sale can be postponed - did your Seller try a short sale?

What will likely happen is after the foreclosure the bank will send a real estate agent who will more then likely work a "cash for keys" - depending on the price of the home they will offer you money to move out in a 2-4 week period -
