I have one rental unit, I am in foreclosure, and the ausction sale was already conducted.

The auction sale was already conducted, but, I haven't been notified in writting what the outcome is. Do I continue to collect rent until I received something in writting from the lender?

Sandra, you posted your question on the 12th. When would the rent usually be due? If on the 1st, and your tenant hasn't yet paid, it's likely because the tenant may already be aware of the auction (via the asset manager or real estate agent knocking on tenant's door). In that case, in your tenant's next communication, if any, will be "who is going to refund their deposit?", which is a whole other topic
