Who ownes the property after Notice of trustee's sale has been posted?

I'm leasing a newer condo from the owner of the building. In early april I received a Notice Of Default on my door. Now, here in mid June I just received a Notice of Trustee's Sale on my door. I know I have at least ninety days before the auction, but what happens between now and then? Does my landlord still "own" the property? Can he come after me for rent? Will the bank come after me?

The owner/landlord who leased you the condo is still owed rent until, and if, he/she loses the condo in the TS. And yes, that owner can still come after you for rent. Then the new owner, whether it be the lender or successful bidder, is owed the rent.
