Are mobile home owners covered by foreclosure laws in California?

how do you foreclose on mobile home?

Hi John,
A mobile home is considered personal property and the "foreclosure" would be more of a repossession and eviction if occupied. I am not familiar with the requirements to reposes a mobile home.
