I stopped pymts and am worried.

In 2006 I bought a condo in FL as investmt & live in another condo in So FL, that has a mortgage of 90k. I'm a single woman; 60 yrs old; work full time; have annuities; 401k; diversified savings of approx $250k. I was planning on this money for my retirment. My last pymt for the invest. property was 12/08. Is the bank allowed to come after the house I live in, car, savings' wages? I'm worried they may see my assets and make me empty some accounts. What should I expect? Jan

Hi have you decided to let the condo go? You may have some options to avoid foreclosure. It does not matter that you are behind on your payments you may still have options.
