My lender wants me to pay $52K to short sale my hous...

My lender wants me to pay $52K to short sale my house. They will put me on a 17 yr payment plan of $300 per month. Should I agree to this or just walk away? Please HELP!! Thanks in advance.

Depends. How many loans do you have? Are they the original "purchase money" loans, or are they refis?
