What is the impact of a bankruptcy filing on a tructee sale purchase?

I am unsure what your question is. Are you asking the impact of a BK on the Trustee Sale?

I have a question on how BK affects your Trustee Sale dates. I am currently dealing with BK as of Jan 15. 2010 Chp. 13 originally and later I converted to Chp 7 since I am working on a Loan Mod for both of my homes. Can the banks sell your homes under a BK 7 if you are still in the BK process and your BK has not been dismissed. I have postponed my Trustee Sale at least 4-5 times on each of the homes. With the hope of the Successful Loan Mod. It is just taking forever. Any suggestions. I know you are not attorneys just anything that might help. Thanks. Going up in SMoke!
