Countrywide, now B of A sent me a letter of intent b...

Countrywide, now B of A sent me a letter of intent back in February. Is this the same as a notice of default? To my knowledge nothing has been filed with the county.

Letter of Intent is not the same as NOD --

If you send me your property address, I can check to see if an NOD has been filed.
