I need the best bk lawyer or mortggage lawyer in the sacramento area SEAN please advise

SEAN , I having been working my loan mod for over six months now and my loan mod company has gone under and I just got a sale date posted on my front door for my home to sale this October 27th . I also belive there was fraud on my loan docs I founf where the loan broker stated a company that i did not own and stated my housewife made 25k a month.
I need a recommendation of a awesome attorney either civic or bk if thats what I need to do.I put 300k down on this house that my wifes father built for us. So this would be a maasive blow to my family relationships as well . Please help !!!!!!
