My father in law is going under foreclosure and I have built a home on the property.

I Would like to know my rights. My father in law is in pre foreclosure and we are currently trying to fix the problem, but i am concerned about my rights. I have a home built on his land there is no loan on the home I have paid cash for it to be built.

Hi Amy,
The home is attached to the land and if the land is in foreclosure then the home would go with the land.

Please visit our website and call me at 866-607-0318 ext. 2032. Or E-mail me ASAP. We can definately stop your sale and lower your payments on a low fee. We have a group of mortgage underwriters and mitigators that will assist you and contact your lender, by represention, to get you a lower rate, and restructure your loan.

Looks like u built the bank a house. On the bright side, your father in law's deficiency judgement (depending on your state) will be lower if your house adds value to the property....
