over padi tax bill by lender

The bank that holds the note to my home over paid my property taxes, in fact they paid it twice, because of their mistake they are saying my escrow accounts is underfunded and have jacked up my mortage payment by $240.00 a month. I have sent in the normal amount each month and they have said they refused the payments and i am not $3000.00 / 3 months behind and they are now including late charges. I have not received any money back, my checks have cleared the bank.
I called the county in which i live in and they spotted the error and sent my a refund check of $2000.00, i sent the refund of 2000 to the mortage companay (bank) and they are saying that it does not matter,

I NEED HELP FROM THESE WOLVES WHO DO I TURN TOO??

We have a group of mortgage underwriters and mitigators that will assist you and contact your lender, by represention, to get you a lower rate, and restructure your loan.
