B OF A IS NOT HELPING ME I BEEN TRIYING TO MODIFY MY LOAN BUT THEY JUT PUT CODES IN TO MY LOAN AND SO I DON'T HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY

If you need assistance you can find a list of FREE HUD approved housing counsellors by going to makinghomeaffordable.gov. They may be able to help you communicate with your lender or provide you with the necessary advice and assistance to help you navigate the modification process.

Its unfortunate but true. Banks are not really helping with loan mods. You have to meet a very specific criteria set by the bank and if you miss one of the criterias then you don't qualify. Its a sad case but its the truth; all these so called governement programs that were suppose to help homeowners was a joke. the stats are there to proove it.
