can i buy my home back from foreclosure?

they sold our house at aution and now it is up for sale am i able to buy it back

after foreclosure our house was sold and now we are prequalifing to buy the house back does the new owner have to sell it for the fair market value? We are still in the house. Please email me the answer asap. We are in Arizona

We are not aware of any law that says the new owner is obligated to sell the property for any specific value.
