can the leaders come after my money after the foreclosure? I have a 1st and 2nd tied into the original purchase of the property

If they were the original purchase money loans and you and the property are located in CA they should not be able to come after you. Note that we have heard reports that unscrupulous debt collectors are trying anyway int he hopes that homeowners are ignorant of the law. $150 with a decent attorney should be enought to get a letter to stop the collection efforts if this happens to you.

But what does casino gaming have to do with loans? Actually no they can not touch you after a forclouser and any collections refer them to the federal fair debt collection act
