do I pay the association fees during a foreclosure?

I need to default on a condo that I bought as a rental. It is now $100,000 underwater and I can't rent it for much anymore. Do I need to pay for the association fees during the long process of foreclosure?

The reason that I need to default on the above property is that my husband and I are going through a divorce and the condo as well as my primary residence are both mine. We were only married a year and a half.
