does the new owner own exotic palms after forclosure or can the previous owner sell them before

I have some exotic palms that i'd like to sell before i vacate the property of my foreclosed home.
The agent representing new owners says i no longer own my plants. I was relying on selling these exotic palms to move out of state as the $3,000 cash for keys will not suffice. I will replace them with a cheaper substitute.
