How long do I have to move out of my home after it has been foreclosed on in the state of Mississippi?

My home is in the final days of foreclosure and I have been trying to work out a loan modification with the lender, however they have not set any money amounts to date. I am wondering what the laws in the state of Mississippi are regarding the time frame I have to get out of the home after the foreclosure sale.

Keep working with them usually they will push off the foreclosure date. If it were to come the point where your home was auctioned on the sale date depending on who is the highest bidder, in most cases it is the bank, will determine when you need to move out. Usually it takes a few weeks for title to transfer and at that time the new owner would need to evict you, if the bank did take the home at auction you may be looking at living rent free for a long period of time, I have read blogs about people living in the home for 18-24 months before getting the eviction notice. Good Luck with everything and if you do end up going through foreclosure we have a program that will help you get back into a home in as little as 2 years www.mortgagetrainingprogram.com (860)653-2274 Bob
