I live in Kansas. Our auction sale was in April. How long do I have before eviction?

I know I have a 90 day redemption. We are filing Chapter 13 right now. I have heard conflicting stories on how long it will be, being charged for rent, and even the bank changing the locks. Our mortgage's are Citimortgage and Bank of America and its a subprime loan. 80% BofA 20% Citimortgage. I would like to know if I need to find somewhere to live now or wait until an eviction notice. Should I start packing?
