My sister used my dad name to puchased her house. now the house is foreclosure. Can they come after my dad house?

My sister ask my dad to purchased the house for her with 20/80 laon, because she didn't have enough credit. Only his name is on the mortgage. 2 years later she lost her job and her house is foreclosured. My question is; Can they come after my dad house, bank account, CD, and ira? They live in the state of Georgia.
please give me advise on this. Thank in advance
