Where do I go to find the "resolution date" for my foreclosure? The lender was sold. Where do I go

My mortgage lender was sold Assoc Housing and I can get no where. I am trying to buy a home again and cannot move on in the approval process without a "resolution date"....the 60-month out date????

It is a manufactured home that I owned with Michelle Byrne in Anaheim Hills, CA.
