what kind of attorney handlles predatory lending?

I believe I am a victim of mtge fraud or predatory lending.

You can actually search on exactly those things. In California I've used Pamela Simmons before and highly recommend her: http://www.pamelaw.com/.

important to note that a sub-prime loan is not necessarily a bad
thing. The term “sub-prime” simply means that the
loan does not meet the borrowers credit and property requirements
of the loan company.

The initiative taken for the concern is very
serious and needs an attention of everyone. This is the concern which exists in
the society and needs to be eliminated from the society as soon as possible
