"Being involved in the foreclosure business for over 20 years, both as an investor and lender, I believe that Foreclosure Radar is clearly one of the very best and my favorite foreclosure reporting service for the California foreclosure market."

You really do not want to force them to evict. It will further hurt your credit, impair your ability to rent a new home, and the judge will award the bank a judgement against you for rent for the entire time you are there.
Get ready to move, and negotiate "cash-for-keys" with the banks broker when they knock on your door. Offer to work with them and leave the place clean, in exchange for a check. Shoot for at least $2k, though more is sometimes possible.
We're about to go to sale on a forclosure on 10/8th, we plan to give up the property peacefully, however, the home we're moving to won't be availible until 10/21. How much time will we have to vacate the property?
In CA.
