How long do I have?

I recieved a Notice of trustee's sale under deed of trust last week which states my home will be sold at public auction on the 29th of July. How long do I left in my home? There is no date to move out by so please help me and answer truthfully as I cannot afford a lawyer nor can I reach anyone at the title company or my mortgage co...

Shannon -
1) what state is your home located in?
2) typically, the bank will send an agent to the property after the trustee sale. This agent is primarily going to see if the home is vacant or occupied. Most banks have a Cash for Keys program where the agent is authorized to pay you Cash to move. They will require you to leave the home in good condition and leave by a specific date. The amount will vary based on the bank and other factors.
