my house was sold back to the bank almost 3 weeks ago.

What should I expect now? How long would I have to live here? what are my rights?

You will likely be contacted by a broker working for the bank shortly. They will likely be willing to pay you between $1000 and $2500 to move and leave the home clean. If you don't agree they will have to evict you which could take them 60 days or more depending on how you respond. I recommend taking the money. You will lose the eviction case and they will end up with a judgement against you compounding your credit woes.
