Now,I see the property I like.
How do I get into the house for physical inspection?
How do I place a bid ? what is requirement for bid a house?

That is one of the risks of buying at trustee sale: no inspection. You can see if the house is vacant and then look in the windows but you have no legal right to enter. If someone does occupy the property then you will need to evict them if you buy the property. The best way to see how an auction works and how to bid on a property is to watch the video on Sean O'Toole's blog www.foreclosuretruth.com. It is awesome. This video walks you through how to bid at a trustee sale and shows actual footage of a real sale. It is awesome and well worth your time to watch it.
