Is commission paid on auction sales?

Is real estate commission paid on auction sales? Can a realtor represent a buyer at a trustees auction?

There is no commission paid by the seller at the trustee sale auctions. No reason you can't have the buyer agree to pay for your assistance though. Just be careful to disclose the dangers of buying at auction so you don't get yourself in trouble should there be issues with  title, condition, evictions, etc.

Yes, disclose ALL the risks to your investors, before getting involved as an  RE agent.
