How do I find and deal with CWALT?

Countrywide "sold" the home to their CWALT division. I want to make a deal with them to buy it before it goes public. How?

I also have a CWALT loan and want to know the answer to this question.

They didn't sell the "home" they sold the "loan", and you wouldn't deal with them directly, instead you need to work with the current servicer of the loan (BofA/Countrywide?).

Many loans were packaged into securities and resold. Doesn't change much of anything for the borrower.
