Sending you the protocol on buying product directly from the bank. To get started simply forward your LOI and POF to us. We will then schedule a conference call with yourself9should you be the buyer rep) and the seller rep to start the process of buying product directly from the banks.
'New Protocol' with any new 'Potential Buyers' . The 'Minimum' is $5 Mil.! Ask your Buyers to please forward their 'LOI & POF' Also, for them to put on their LOI:

We are direct to an asset manager that compiles Bulk REO product from every major bank and lending institution in all 50 states. He is able to compile inventory nationwide, state and bank specific.
The protocol is very simple:
· LOI and HPOF.
· Once the funds are verified you receive your tape within 48 to 72 hours. It is exclusive to you only. It is NOT a floating tape!
· The order range is $5m to $500m.
· Here’s an added bonus that’s different from most other programs. You can select properties right from one of our MLS email list just high light the ones you, you can take it all down, or cherry pick from the inventory and still receive the same discount ranging from .35% to 63% plus 3. (Depending on the state, county, province etc.) You simply highlight the desired properties you want on the list, then submit what you plan to move forward on back to the to us
· We must be transparent here and let you know that by law the asset manager is responsible for putting this entire inventory on the MLS. Paul I have Nationwide Reos and notes direct from seller. If anybody has a fresh tape that is not lowend then i have a company that will move forward. But the only way buyer will move forward is taking a peak at tape if interested talking directly with seller. Buyer can handle any amount.
