I am looking to work with and represent buyers/investors who are buying properties at trustee sales in the Sacramento area.

would like to watch Realtor looking to represent investors at trustee sales. I would like to know if there is a contract to protect both parties involved.

I am not aware of any contract specifically for an agent to represent a buyer at trustee sale. This is a high risk/high reward way to purchase real estate. It is extremely doubtful that your E & O insurance would cover you. Check with your broker before you proceed!!!
