What do you think about Groupon offering real estate coupons?

One real estate firm in Chicago thought that offering a Groupon discount to buyers was a great way to drive business. Do you think we will see more "group buys" in real estate? Would you participate in this type of offer?? Are there any legal issues that come to mind?

I tried to create a reduced listing groupon or CMA, groupon said no way to my advertising idea.
