Where does the PublishedBid amount come from on the exports!?

Hi Folks - I noticed a column named "publishedBid" when I exported the search results and I am wondering if this data comes from the banks or it's created by ForeclosureRadar ?! Any suggestion or help would be greatly appreciated.

Comments

The published bid is the bid amount published in the Notice of Trustee Sale. In the export we estimate it for preforeclosure properties as the NTS has not been published yet. For Bank Owned and Sold to 3rd properties we use the winning bid.
